Bellybutton is a performance created by Bea McMahon and Rumiko Hagiwara that reflects on diplomatic apologies of the world as a means to deliver the political narrative concerning peace making and the pursuit of power.  
In Bellybutton the performers enfold air pollution, computer technology, abusive women images, nuclear energy and nuclear explosions within the soft domestic blanket.
